Day 17/Week 2: Ripped in 30 I really feel myself getting stronger! I was almost able to do the full two minutes of cardio in plank. I had to drop to my knees though, to relax my muscles a second. I had to stop the cardio in the last circuit for about 30 seconds because my body got tired, and I had to catch my breath. I sweated like a pig today. It got in my eyes, nose, and mouth a lil bit. Ew lol. So, I really worked hard. In the last circuit, I messed up on one of the ab moves, but whatever lol. I’m going to do another week of the Week 2 workout to master it! :)
