Day 19/Week 2: Ripped in 30 Today was another great day, performance wise. I did just as good as I did yesterday with the cardio plank moves. There’s still room for improvement though. The crow pushups are getting better. I was able to get through the cardio in the last circuit as well. I didn’t sweat as much as I usually do though. Day 18/Week 2: Ripped in 30 Well I got back to work today, after my two day break. I did the cardio plank moves betterĀ than I did on Day 17. I stayed in plank for one whole minute without dropping to my knees for a break. I also did most of the two minutes of cardio. Everything else was pretty good. I’m still doing the crow pushups fairly well. However, there’s always room for improvement. So, hopefully I’ll get better at that. May 22nd - Tumblr error

Day 17/Week 2: Ripped in 30 I really feel myself getting stronger! I was almost able to do the full two minutes of cardio in plank. I had to drop to my knees though, to relax my muscles a second. I had to stop the cardio in the last circuit for about 30 seconds because my body got tired, and I had to catch my breath. I sweated like a pig today. It got in my eyes, nose, and mouth a lil bit. Ew lol. So, I really worked hard. In the last circuit, I messed up on one of the ab moves, but whatever lol. I’m going to do another week of the Week 2 workout to master it! :) May 19th - Tumblr error
