Day 15/Week 2: Ripped in 30
I know I’ve been saying that this workout is hard. Shoot, this workout is FREAKING insane! There is some good news though. I was able to do one minute of the cardio plank moves. So, I just have one minute to go. I was able to do more of the crow pushups. Those are extremely hard, even on your knees! I also was able to do the last ab exercise in the last circuit. I really felt the burn....

Day 14/Week 2: Ripped in 30
Today was really hard! I don’t expect anything less from a Jillian Michaels’ workout though. I don’t think I took enough deep breaths, and I got a little winded at times. I still wasn’t able to do the two minutes in plank. I had to drop down to my knees for the majority of the time. However, I was able to do a few of the crow pushups. So, I’m happy about that part....

Day 13/Week 2: Ripped in 30
This workout is NO JOKE! Some of the moves I just couldn’t complete. My endurance is not the problem anymore. I’m not losing my breath that much like I was when I first started this program. I need to practice the plank jacks, and the push ups with the knee raises. Tomorrow is my rest day, but I think I’m gonna practice those moves. My arms were burning like crazy today. This...

Day 12/Week 2: Ripped in 30
Well today was my first day of Week 2! I must say that the workout is harder than it looks. I thought it would be a breeze. NOT! Since my endurance has gotten better I wasn’t really out of breath or sweating really bad. However, the strength training is a little more intense. My arms were burning like CRAZY! There’s also more floor work, for the abs. A few moves I couldn’t do,...

Day 11/Week 1: Ripped in 30
Well today was my last day of Week 1! I did great today. My endurance got me through it, and breathing through each exercise. I got through each exercise, even the challenging cardio one. I think I’ve mastered this level. Tomorrow is the start of Week 2. I’m nervous but excited at the same time. This first week has really changed my body, my attitude, and the way that I feel...

Day 10/Week 1: Ripped in 30
I finished the entire workout today! I know I keep saying this but my endurance is sooooooo much better than it was when I first started. I also got through the challenging cardio exercise without stopping. I was able to squat down low and do the reverse punching exercise both times. Before, I couldn’t squat low and I couldn’t finish punching, or I couldn’t keep up with their...

Day 9/Week 1: Ripped in 30
Well, I did MOST of the workout. I didn’t do the cardio in the last circuit, and I didn’t do the cool down. I started cramping during the end, and had to rest a minute. My arms were burning a lot too. However, I did do the ab workout in the last circuit. It eased my cramps instantly! Overall, my endurance has really improved! I’m not gasping for air anymore. I’m also much...

Healthy is not a weight. It’s not a diet. It’s not exercising 7 days a week and it’s not eating clean 7 days a week. And most of all, healthy is not the same for everyone.

Day 8/Week 1: Ripped in 30
I did the entire workout. My endurance has gotten so much better!!! I was doing each exercise with ease and not a lot of pain or heavy breathing. I’m also much stronger. However, that one cardio move for me is still a challenge. On the second rep, I had to walk it out because my legs were burning so bad, and I got really winded. I jumped right back in when it was over though. I’m just...
