Well today I did the whole workout! But I took a looooooooooong break. I did half of the workout, and I went to work for four hours and came back and did the rest lol. For the first half I was really out of breath! I felt kinda stiff too because I’ve been slacking on my workout for a while, but I got loose after about 10 minutes into it. When I got home I didn’t think the second half would tire me out, because I did the first half earlier. I WAS WRONG! After I did one circuit I broke a REAL sweat! After I did the second circuit I was sweating just like I do when I workout with a short break. I was shocked lol. So, that long break didn’t really make a difference. Ah, well atleast I got my whole workout in today! And today was supposed to be a rest day! lol

I almost did half of the workout today lol. My body was a little stiff since I haven’t worked out in about a week. I got through all of the exercises though. My endurance still could be better because I tend to get out of breath pretty quickly. I really got out of breath today, but I kept going! I’m not giving up on my workout regimen!
