Day 16/Week 2: Ripped in 30 Well I’m really improving! I was able to do about one minute and thirty seconds of cardio in plank. My crow pushups are getting better, and I did more of them. Also, I was able to do the other cardio move in plank for the entire time. My breathing was much better today. I continued to breathe in and out, and that really helped! I pretty much did everything. I even did the cardio in the last circuit today. I think I did so well today because I walked three miles before I did it. However, I ate TERRIBLE. I ate a whole pizza smh lol. No more fast food for me, for a while. But at least I did good on the workout, right? :) May 18th - Tumblr error

Day 15/Week 2: Ripped in 30 I know I’ve been saying that this workout is hard. Shoot, this workout is FREAKING insane! There is some good news though. I was able to do one minute of the cardio plank moves. So, I just have one minute to go. I was able to do more of the crow pushups. Those are extremely hard, even on your knees! I also was able to do the last ab exercise in the last circuit. I really felt the burn. However, I didn’t do the cardio in the last circuit. I was really winded, but my muscles were even more tired and burning. That’s my problem with this workout - strength. I’m getting stronger each day though.
